LIZ & BEN

Hello everyone and happy August! I can't believe the end of summer is almost here....waaah!

Today's blog entry is coming to you a bit later than usual-vacation, shoots, and the stomach bug has me playing catch up with my post production work. Anyway, I'm really excited to be back in the swing of things and sharing today's wedding with you!

I first met Liz and Ben back in 2016 when I photographed one of their best friends wedding (if you're reading this, hi Megan and Armon!) Two best friends married two best friends! Speaking of best friends, Liz's aunt Tina is a very dear friend of ours as well- lots of great smalltimore connections, hon!

Liz and Ben are an awesome couple and were a pleasure to photograph. They're everything I want my wedding couples to be- fun, kind, honest and up for anything!

The ceremony and reception took place at the beautiful and historic Belvedere hotel. Liz and the ladies got ready at a Airbnb, which made a great backdrop to our "pre-ceremony" images.

From there, I was able to meet up with Ben and the fellas at the Owl Bar for a few pics before the first look.

The first look took place outside of the Belvedere, followed by our formal portraits. We were able to stay right on schedule, which always makes me happy. Even the weather was cooperating, it was a beautiful day with temps in the low 80's (which is perfect for the end of July in Baltimore!)
